| Threading is an ancient method of hair removal which originated in Arabia and South Asia. It is mainly used to shape the eyebrows and unwanted hair from the upper lip and areas of the face.
A piece of cotton is twisted and pulled along the area of unwanted hair, which lifts the hair out directly from the follicle.
With Threading there are no horrible side effects like irritation and rashes caused by the "stripping off" of the top layer of dead skin, which accompanies waxing. Waxing pulls the skin and over time causes the skin to loosen and develop premature wrinkles.
